Is there a minimum revenue requirement?

No, there is no minimum revenue requirement. Your app can even be completely free to use and make $0 revenue. If it has downloads and user activity, we’re still interested in it.

Do I have to be a company to sell my app?

No, most of the apps we acquire are from individual developers. You don’t need to have a company to sell your app.

What exactly do I transfer? App, code, accounts?

It depends on your app, but in most cases you transfer your app to our developer account, provide the source code, and share any additional assets such as design files or related materials.

Can I have a call with you before selling?

Yes, you can have a call with our team at any stage of the process and ask anything you want. We’re happy to answer all of your questions on a video call.

What happens after I submit the form?

What is Escrow?

Escrow.com is a secure payment method that protects both the buyer and the seller during a transaction. First, we create a transaction on escrow outlining what you will deliver (your app and source code) and how much we will pay. After creating the transaction, we transfer the payment to escrow. Escrow verifies the funds and holds them securely. Once escrow confirms the payment, you transfer your app to us, and then escrow releases the payment to you.

Do I have to pay any fees or commissions?

Escrow.com charges 1% of the total deal value, but we cover it. You will receive the full amount we offer in your bank account, with no deductions.

What happens to my app and my users after I sell?

We continue to improve and grow your app by optimizing it, enhancing the product, and investing in marketing. We also make sure both your existing users and future users are happy!

Can I make changes to the agreement?

After reviewing the agreement, if you have any questions or concerns, you can let us know and we can schedule a quick call to go through everything. If needed, we can also make adjustments to the agreement based on your requests before you sign it.
